Using a combination of knowledge bases I've discovered that in an average of 20 minutes I can find the answer to almost any question someone asks me. If you are using a Microsoft product, then Microsoft's Knowledge Base is a good place to begin. (Believe it or not, something good does come from Microsoft). For more information, try searching the Indianna University Knowledge Base. This is a database of over 6,000 answers to questions about computing at Indiana University.
